Candy Corn Nail Tutorial! (Halloween)

For this you will need....

 and of course, your nails!

Begin with clean nails:

Then apply a base coat: 

This is a garlic treatment that I use. It is by NK

Any base coat is fine, a clear coat will do.

Next you will need an orange, white, and yellow nail polish color:

The yellow is NK is in Sunshine 099. The white is b.s.n in white. The orange is American Apparel in Lopez Canyon.

Next put tape on the edge of your nails so it doesn't get too messy.

Create a candy corn pattern:

I practiced on paper first.....

Then you move on to the sponge.


Next apply all the colors at once and press it on the nail from one end to the other.

Each nail will get the print and repeat about 3 times and the results should be....

Remove the tape and clean the edges with a q-tip.

Once it's clean on the edges your nails should be ready for halloween.
